Libya’s military intelligence chief Mansouri assassinated — news web portal

On 11 August 2026, the military intelligence chief of the eastern-based forces in Libya, named Mansouri, was assassinated in a car bombing. An official confirmed the killing to Anadolu Agency, and The National called him Haftar's intelligence chief. Drones also hit oil facilities in Libya.
