Egypt's Sisi Leads Delegation at BRICS Summit in India

Egyptian President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi arrived in New Delhi on Friday to lead Egypt's delegation at the 18th BRICS summit. During the summit, El-Sisi is scheduled to deliver a speech at a closed session of leaders. He and Russian President Vladimir Putin affirmed the priority of resolving the Iranian crisis through peaceful means. Egypt also discussed the Iran nuclear file and regional tensions with the head of the IAEA. Putin stated that Egypt's position is very important to Russia on global events.
