Spanish hotel chain Meliá leaves Cuba amid US sanctions threat

Spanish hotel chain Meliá has announced its withdrawal from Cuba, ending management of 15 hotels on the island. The decision follows pressure from US sanctions under President Trump, with rival Iberostar also reducing its presence in Cuba.
