Iran reports hundreds of children killed in recent attacks

Iranian officials say hundreds of children have been killed in what they describe as US-Israeli attacks. The Iranian Red Crescent puts the total death toll at 555 people, with specific reports stating at least 210 to 230 children and many students and teachers are among the dead.

Mass funeral processions have been held across Iranian cities and villages for those killed. The UNHCR has also warned of a crisis due to mass displacement caused by the strikes.
