Putin says Ukraine war is coming to an end, sets conditions

Russian President Vladimir Putin said he believes the war in Ukraine is approaching its end. He made the comment after a scaled-down military parade in Moscow.

The Kremlin added that for the conflict to end, Ukraine would need to withdraw from the Donbass region. Putin also set conditions for a potential meeting with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky.
