Russia says it accepted US peace terms on Ukraine, but Washington is stalling

Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov stated that Russia has accepted a US proposal regarding Ukraine, which he suggested should resolve the crisis. However, Lavrov accused the United States of being unprepared to implement its own proposals and of stalling on the matter. He also claimed the US is reluctant to follow through with broader peace proposals and security architecture discussions.
