Putin and Lukashenko oversee joint nuclear drills in Belarus

Russian President Vladimir Putin and Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko observed joint nuclear drills in Belarus. As part of the exercises, Russia delivered nuclear warheads to a missile brigade in the Osipovichi district, amid rising tensions with NATO.
