International aid arrives in Venezuela after deadly earthquakes

Several countries and the United Nations have mobilized aid for Venezuela after a series of deadly earthquakes. Turkey, Qatar, India, and the US (via Lithuania's contribution) are sending rescue teams, medical supplies, and relief materials. China's President Xi Jinping also expressed condolences.
