Jared Kushner presents a multi-billion dollar development plan for Gaza

Jared Kushner, President Donald Trump's son-in-law, has unveiled a detailed development vision for the Gaza Strip. The plan, which he presented at a board of peace launch, calls for billions of dollars in investment to transform the area into an economic hub with skyscrapers and an airport by 2035.

Kushner described the proposal as aiming for 'catastrophic success' and referred to Gaza as a 'beautiful piece of property' with 'no plan B'. The plan was presented alongside other figures, including billionaire Yakir Gabay, who also expressed interest in rebuilding Gaza.
