Russian diplomat Zakharova comments on Iran, Ukraine, and EU

Russian Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova stated that Iran has the right to self-defense. She also accused Ukraine of escalating the conflict and targeting civilians, and leveled accusations against the European Union.
