Iran and Iraq Discuss Weapons Disarmament Plan

Iraq is pursuing a plan to confine weapons to state control, and a top Iranian commander visited Iraq to discuss this disarmament effort. Barzani stated that Iran has expressed readiness to help Iraq with the weapons restriction file. Iran's top diplomat and the Iraqi Kurdistan leader also stressed border security and counterterrorism. Al-Zaidi called for the highest level of security plans to support stability in Iraq.
