Settlers attack West Bank’s Qusra, take over home with Palestinian family inside

West Bank, 29 August 2026: Dozens of settlers took over a home with a Palestinian family inside in the village of Qusra, the IDF said. The IDF described the settlers as 'Israeli rioters' who barricaded themselves inside the house. Witnesses said IDF troops fired tear gas and detained residents inside the home, and footage showed troops standing by without acting while settlers attacked. Deutsche Welle and Sky News reported settlers attacking more Palestinian homes in the West Bank.
