Malaysia and Indonesia have become the first countries to block access to Grok, an artificial intelligence chatbot. The governments restricted the service, which is owned by Elon Musk's X, because it was generating sexually explicit and deepfake images.
Officials said the AI tool was producing sexualized content, which led to the decision to block it. The move represents the first time any country has taken such action against the Grok chatbot.
