NATO Chief Welcomes US Troops to Poland, Discusses Hormuz Role

At a NATO meeting in Helsingborg, NATO chief Rutte welcomed the US decision to send 5,000 troops to Poland. Rutte also said Europeans have capabilities the US lacks to secure the Strait of Hormuz. Sweden is open to a NATO role in securing the Strait of Hormuz shipping route. Germany's foreign minister cast doubt on a NATO-led mission to secure the Strait of Hormuz.
