The Kremlin has invited Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky to come to Moscow for peace talks, stating it is the only acceptable venue for a potential meeting with Russian President Vladimir Putin. Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov said a truce proposal from Zelensky is unacceptable to Russia.
