Iranian drones strike major Saudi oil refinery, causing fire and shutdown

Iran launched drone attacks targeting the Ras Tanura oil refinery in Saudi Arabia, which is operated by the state-owned company Saudi Aramco. The strikes caused a fire and led to the shutdown of the facility, which is one of the world's largest oil refineries.

Saudi Arabia's air defenses intercepted some of the drones. The Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC), a branch of Iran's military, claimed responsibility for the attack.
