Iranian attack on Saudi air base wounds U.S. troops, damages aircraft

An Iranian missile strike hit a Saudi Arabian air base, wounding at least 10 U.S. troops and damaging several aircraft. In response, the United States is deploying additional military forces to the Middle East.
