Earthquake and storm hit Japan and Taiwan

A strong earthquake struck central Japan on Friday evening, and a separate earthquake damaged a building in Taiwan, though a clip of that damage was falsely linked to a tremor in Venezuela. Meanwhile, torrential rain from a passing storm shut down parts of Taiwan and Japan.
