Putin announces Russian military advances and new measures for soldiers

Russian President Vladimir Putin revealed the scale of Russia's advance in the Donbass region of Ukraine. He also announced he would shield foreign fighters in the Russian army from prosecution abroad and promised to award a soldier who held a position alone for 68 days.
