Kallas makes sharp statements on Russia, Ukraine talks

EU foreign policy chief Kaja Kallas has made several strong statements regarding Russia and the Ukraine war. She said the EU can never be a neutral mediator between Ukraine and Russia, and that all embassies except one remain in Kyiv. Russian officials, including Maria Zakharova, have responded critically, mocking or dismissing her remarks.
