South Korea plans to bring in foreign workers to address labor shortages

South Korea is preparing to open its doors to foreign workers to cope with significant labor shortages. The country may need foreign workers to fill about 110,000 elderly care jobs by 2028 and is broadening visa incentives to attract foreign talent.
