Palestinians vote in first local elections since Gaza war

Palestinians in the West Bank and parts of the Gaza Strip voted in local elections for the first time since the war in Gaza. The vote took place in several municipalities, including Deir al-Balah in Gaza, giving some residents their first chance to cast a ballot in years.
