Giant pipe removed from Osaka road after two weeks

A massive pipe, 3.5 meters in diameter, that had emerged from the ground on a road in Osaka has been cut and removed. The removal came 12 days after the pipe first appeared, and full traffic restrictions have now been lifted. The cause of the incident remains under investigation.
