Russian drone attack on Odesa kills three civilians, including a child

A Russian drone attack struck residential areas in the Ukrainian port city of Odesa, killing at least three civilians. Among the dead were a mother and her two-year-old daughter.

Separately, Russian strikes also caused widespread power outages in the Chernihiv region. Meanwhile, Ukraine targeted Russian oil export infrastructure in a separate military action.
