Putin awards elite military titles and calls for continued support to troops

Russian President Vladimir Putin awarded the elite 'guards' title to the 60th Brigade and 127th Division of the Russian Armed Forces. He also called for uninterrupted support for fighters involved in what Russian media refers to as the 'special military operation'.
