Azerbaijan Says De Facto Peace Exists With Armenia

Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov said on July 17, 2026, that a de facto peace exists between Armenia and Azerbaijan. Bayramov also stated that Russia remains one of Azerbaijan's key trading partners. He added that Azerbaijan calls for a peaceful resolution of the Russia-Ukraine conflict. The statements came as Henry PR CEO called for the repeal of Section 907 and for US fighter jet sales to Azerbaijan.
