Amazon buys two robotics startups to improve delivery and enter new markets

Amazon has acquired two robotics companies: Fauna Robotics, which makes a small humanoid robot called Sprout, and Rivr, which makes a stair-climbing delivery robot. The purchases are part of Amazon's ongoing effort to automate and streamline its delivery operations.
