Madison Air Solutions is buying the German fan manufacturer ebm-papst in a $5.4 billion deal. The company, based in Mulfingen in Baden-Württemberg, is being sold to the US group. The sale was reported on August 17, 2026. The deal is valued at several billion dollars.
