US FTC and States Sue Amazon Over Advertising Pricing

The U.S. Federal Trade Commission and more than 20 states have sued Amazon, alleging the company misled advertisers about its pricing. The lawsuit claims Amazon ran a secret ad surcharge scheme and overcharged advertisers. The FTC and the states filed the suit in the United States. This is another legal action by U.S. authorities against Amazon.
