Lukashenko warns of new arms race and stresses military readiness

Belarusian leader Alexander Lukashenko has warned that the world is being drawn into another 'insane' arms race, which he says includes nuclear weapons. He stated that the strength of Belarus's armed forces and security services remains the guarantee of the country's peaceful future and stability, adding that all personnel in uniform will undergo professional suitability tests.
