French navy boards Russian-linked tanker in Mediterranean Sea

French naval forces, with UK support, boarded and seized a tanker in the Mediterranean Sea suspected of being part of Russia's 'shadow fleet'. The vessel, named Deyna, was reportedly traveling from Russia. Authorities allege the ship was involved in sanctions-evasion operations.
