Syrian President Says SDF Broke Aleppo Deal as Civilians Flee

Syrian President says the SDF failed to honor an April agreement in Aleppo. The SDF, also referred to as the YPG, is accused of preventing civilians from leaving Aleppo and using them as shields. Syrians are fleeing the Kurdish-controlled area near Aleppo amid an army deadline.
