Zelensky Plans Government Shakeup and Mourns US Senator Graham

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky announced plans to replace Ukraine's government and dismiss the prime minister, and also said he intends to change the leadership of the country's law enforcement agencies. Zelensky commented on the death of US Senator Lindsey Graham, whom he had just met with in Kiev in what was Graham's last public appearance. Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said Israel has lost one of its greatest friends and America has lost a great patriot. Tributes were paid to Graham for his support of Ukraine, trans-Atlantic ties and Israel.
