Federal judge blocks Trump administration vaccine rule changes

A federal judge has temporarily stopped the Trump administration from implementing new rules that would have changed how vaccines are developed and approved. The rules, from the Department of Health and Human Services, were halted by Judge James Boasberg, who said the administration likely overstepped its legal authority.

Separately, the same judge also temporarily changed grand jury rules after an effort by Trump's legal team to charge members of Congress. In another case, the BBC has asked a US court to dismiss a $10 billion lawsuit filed against it by Trump.
