Glacier collapse triggers deadly Nepal flash floods

A glacier collapse and ice avalanche in Nepal caused flash floods that killed at least 160 people and left many others missing, including 133 Indians and eight German nationals. The USGS said the collapse caused seismic activity and described the floods as catastrophic. An Indian-origin US couple on a Kailash pilgrimage is among the missing, and the US reports about 90 people unaccounted for.
