Vista Energy buys Equinor's operations in Argentina's Vaca Muerta oil field

Vista Energy, an Argentine oil company led by Miguel Galuccio, has purchased the local operations of the Norwegian energy firm Equinor. The deal is valued at $1.1 billion and involves Equinor's assets in the Vaca Muerta shale formation.
