Romanian president nominates EU deputy Eugen Tomac as PM

Romanian President Klaus Iohannis has nominated Eugen Tomac, a member of the European Parliament, to form a new government. Tomac, who also serves as a presidential adviser, is now tasked with building a cabinet and seeking parliamentary approval.
