Macron begins four-day Africa tour with Egypt visit

French President Emmanuel Macron has started a four-day tour of Africa, visiting Egypt, Kenya, and Ethiopia. In Egypt, he and President Abdel Fattah el-Sisi toured historic sites in Alexandria and inaugurated the new Senghor University campus.
