Iran and Russia condemn US-Israeli strikes as aggression

Iran's foreign ministry has condemned recent strikes by the United States and Israel as an 'egregious act of aggression' and an 'armed aggression.' The ministry stated the time has come to defend the homeland and promised a decisive response to the attacks.

Russia, through its foreign ministry and Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov, has also condemned the US-Israeli actions. Lavrov met with Iran's Deputy Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi, who discussed the consequences of a strike on an Iranian school. Russian officials have labeled the strikes a 'hunt' for leaders and criticized them as happening under the cover of talks.
