Russia and Ukraine exchange hundreds of prisoners of war

Russia and Ukraine conducted a prisoner exchange, returning hundreds of captured military personnel to each side. The swap followed a formula of '300 for 300' prisoners. Officials also announced plans for another exchange to take place on March 6.
