CIA Chief Visits Moscow to Keep Intel Ties, Rubio Says

CIA Director John Ratcliffe traveled to Moscow, a trip that Secretary of State Marco Rubio said was aimed at maintaining intelligence ties between the United States and Russia. Rubio acknowledged the need for dialogue between Washington and Moscow. He also said that Russian aid would not stop the United States from striking Iran.
