Iran rejects US ceasefire proposal and sends its own plan

Iran has formally rejected a ceasefire proposal from the United States. Instead, it sent a 10-point plan outlining its own demands for a permanent end to the conflict.

Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu reportedly asked US President Donald Trump not to proceed with a ceasefire at this time. Trump had set a deadline and threatened to destroy Iranian infrastructure, but Iran rejected the proposal ahead of that deadline.
