Switzerland will vote on capping its population at 10 million

Switzerland will hold a referendum in June on a proposal to cap the country's population at 10 million people. The initiative was launched by a far-right, anti-immigration party and aims to achieve this limit by 2050. Voters will decide on this population cap alongside a separate civil service act.
