Mamdani Urges US to Arrest Netanyahu on ICC Warrant

New York City mayor Mamdani said he cannot arrest Israeli Prime Minister Netanyahu on an ICC warrant and called on US federal officials to enforce it. Mamdani, who had promised during his campaign to arrest Netanyahu, retreated from that pledge and instead denounced him as a war criminal.
