Medvedev Says Historical Memory Protects Russia From Division

Dmitry Medvedev said historical memory serves as an immunity against attempts to divide the Russian people. He also spoke about Russians who have left the country, saying there can be no forgiveness for those who left and speak against Russia. In a separate statement, he claimed that half the population of Ukraine has already disappeared.
