Azerbaijan Reports Trade Growth and Energy Sector Gains

Azerbaijan reported a nearly sixfold increase in its foreign trade surplus in the first half of 2026. The country also saw growth in exports of petroleum products and highlighted its decade-long contribution to global oil market stability through OPEC+. AZPROMO pointed to Azerbaijan's emergence as a key logistics hub between Europe and Asia, alongside an overview of green projects for the first half of the year.
