France intercepts Russian-linked oil tanker in Atlantic

The French navy, with support from Britain, intercepted and boarded an oil tanker linked to Russia in the Atlantic Ocean. The vessel is believed to be part of a Russian 'shadow fleet' used to evade sanctions.
