Three cargo vessels were hit by unknown projectiles in the Strait of Hormuz. The Thai-flagged ship Mayuree Naree, which was bound for India, suffered the worst damage, and three of its crew members are missing.
A total of 20 crew members from the three ships were rescued. The UK Maritime Trade Operations (UKMTO) reported the attacks, and the vessel's insurer, PSL, confirmed the Mayuree Naree is covered by war risk insurance.
