EU has ways to bypass Hungary's veto on Ukraine aid, Kallas says

Estonian Prime Minister Kaja Kallas stated the European Union possesses legal tools to bypass Hungary's veto on financial aid for Ukraine. She described Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orbán's opposition as "not rational" and urged the EU to show courage and prevent a Ukrainian capitulation by moving forward with the support.
