Venezuela's Delcy Rodriguez to visit India for oil talks, says Rubio

US Secretary of State Marco Rubio announced that Venezuela's interim president Delcy Rodriguez will visit India next week for oil negotiations. Rubio also called India a 'great partner' and expressed readiness to expand energy cooperation.
